Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or accepting services from Load & Leave Junk Removal, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all junk removal and cleanout services we provide in Oakland County, MI. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not request our services.

Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are provided free and without obligation. The price we quote is based on the volume your items occupy in our truck and includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. The quoted price is the final price unless the scope of the job changes materially after the quote is given — in which case we will inform you before proceeding. No work begins until you approve the quote.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Same-day and next-day appointments are offered when our schedule allows. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

What We Can and Cannot Haul

We haul furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, fencing, and general household junk. We cannot haul hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, or biological waste. If you are unsure whether we can take an item, please ask before booking.

Property Care & Access

We protect your floors, walls, and doorframes during removal and sweep the area clean before leaving. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the items to be removed, and to disclose any access challenges (tight stairs, hatch access, pets, etc.) when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Disposal & Donation

We donate usable items to local partners and recycle whenever possible. Once items are loaded and removed, they cannot be retrieved. Please ensure you have set aside anything you wish to keep before we begin loading.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We will confirm your total before any work begins so there are no surprises. [Licensed & Insured — confirm]
