Basement & Attic Cleanouts
The two hardest rooms to clear are the ones with stairs in the way. We carry everything up from the basement and down from the attic, then sweep the space clean.

Basements and attics are where years of 'we'll deal with it later' end up. Boxes of old paperwork, holiday decorations, outgrown furniture, broken appliances, and water-damaged items stack up because getting them out means dozens of trips on narrow stairs. That's exactly the work we do.
We start by confirming what stays, then work methodically through the space. Attic jobs often involve pull-down ladders and tight hatches, so we hand items down carefully rather than tossing them. Basement jobs usually mean heavy items on steep stairs, so we pad the stairwell and use two-person carries.
If water got into the basement, we can remove soaked carpet, padding, and damaged boxes so the space can dry out. Usable items are donated, metal is recycled, and the rest is disposed of responsibly.

FAQs
Common questions
Can you remove items from an attic with a pull-down ladder?
Yes. We hand items down carefully and protect the floor below the hatch.
Do you take water-damaged items?
Yes, including wet carpet, padding, and boxes. We can't remove mold remediation materials that require special handling.
Can you sort as you go?
Yes. We'll set aside anything you want to keep or review.
How long does a basement cleanout take?
Most take two to four hours depending on volume and access.
Do you take old paint?
Dried latex paint is fine. Wet oil-based paint and chemicals need county hazardous waste drop-off.
