Construction & Renovation Debris Removal
Kitchen tear-outs, bathroom remodels, flooring replacements, and basement finishes leave a lot behind. We haul it away without the dumpster sitting on your driveway for weeks.

A roll-off dumpster isn't always the right fit. HOAs may restrict them, they can damage driveways, and on smaller projects you end up paying for space you don't use. Our dump trailer comes when you need it, gets loaded by us, and leaves the same day — so the driveway is clear between phases.
We work with homeowners doing their own projects and with contractors who'd rather keep their crews on the build than on hauling. We can come once at the end of demo, or on a schedule as the project moves forward. Debris is loaded from wherever it's staged — garage, side yard, or inside the house.
Metal, clean wood, and cardboard are separated for recycling whenever possible. Please note we can't take wet paint, asbestos-containing materials, or other regulated hazardous waste.

Example Job
A typical job in Troy
A homeowner in Troy gutted a 1980s kitchen and main bath over a weekend. On Monday evening we hauled the old cabinets, laminate countertops, a cast-iron tub, tile, and about a dozen bags of drywall from the garage, then swept the floor so the contractor could stage new materials.
FAQs
Common questions
Is a trailer better than a dumpster for my project?
For many remodels, yes. We load it for you, it leaves the same day, and you only pay for what we haul.
Do you take concrete and tile?
Small to moderate amounts, yes. Heavy loads are priced by weight, so let us know roughly how much you have.
Do you take asbestos or lead materials?
No. Regulated hazardous materials need a licensed abatement contractor.
Can you come back multiple times during a project?
Yes. Many customers schedule a pickup at the end of demo and another at the end of the job.
Do I need to bag the debris?
It helps for small pieces like drywall scraps, but loose piles are fine — we load it by hand.
