Question 1

How do I book a junk removal appointment?

Accepted Answer

Call (248) 595-7577 or fill out our short quote form with your name, phone, and the service you need. We'll respond with an upfront price and schedule a pickup window that works for you.

Question 2

Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same-day and next-day appointments are available when our schedule allows — call (248) 595-7577 to check current availability for your area.

Question 3

Do I need to be home for the removal?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. As long as we can access the items and you've approved the upfront quote, we can often complete the removal and send before-and-after photos. Many customers coordinate by phone and text while at work.

Question 4

What hours do you work?

Accepted Answer

We're available weekdays 2pm–9pm and weekends 9am–9pm. For commercial jobs, we also work evenings and off-hours so your business isn't disrupted.

Question 5

How do I get a quote if I'm not sure how much I have?

Accepted Answer

Send us a photo or describe the items roughly — we can quote from that. For larger jobs like estate or garage cleanouts, we can assess by photos, video call, or in person before giving you a firm price.

Question 6

How do you price a junk removal job?

Accepted Answer

We give a free, no-obligation custom quote based on volume — the price includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal with no hidden fees. You only pay for the space your items take up in our truck.

Question 7

Is the quote the final price, or are there extra fees?

Accepted Answer

The quote is the final price. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal are all included. There are no separate appliance fees, mattress surcharges, or stair charges added after the work.

Question 8

Do you charge for single-item removals?

Accepted Answer

We happily do single-item removals. There's no truckload minimum — you pay for what you need hauled, quoted upfront so you know the price before we arrive.

Question 9

Is there a charge for same-day service?

Accepted Answer

No. Same-day jobs use the same upfront, volume-based pricing as any other job. There's no rush fee — if we can fit you in, we do it at the normal rate.

Question 10

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer financing. Payment is due at the time of service, and we'll confirm your total upfront so there are no surprises.

Question 11

What types of items do you haul away?

Accepted Answer

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, fencing, and general household junk — if it fits in a truck, we can take it.

Question 12

What can't you take?

Accepted Answer

We can't haul hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, asbestos, or biological waste. For everything else, we've got you covered.

Question 13

Do you recycle or donate items?

Accepted Answer

Whenever possible, yes. We donate usable items to local partners and recycle responsibly to keep as much as we can out of the landfill.

Question 14

Will you protect my floors and walls during removal?

Accepted Answer

Always. We protect your floors, walls, and doorframes on every job, and we sweep the area clean before we leave. Care for your property is part of every quote.

Question 15

Can you disconnect appliances before hauling them?

Accepted Answer

We can disconnect standard plug-in appliances. For gas lines or hardwired connections, we recommend a licensed tradesperson handle the disconnect first for safety.

Question 16

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve all of Oakland County, MI, including Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Birmingham, Troy, Rochester Hills, Franklin, Beverly Hills, and Auburn Hills.

Question 17

Are you actually local to Bloomfield Hills?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're a locally owned, owner-operated crew based right here in Bloomfield Hills. That's why we can often respond same-day for pickups in the area.

Question 18

Do you charge a travel fee?

Accepted Answer

No. If you're within our Oakland County service area, there's no separate travel fee. Your upfront quote includes everything.

Question 19

Can you handle commercial jobs outside business hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly schedule commercial jobs on evenings and weekends so your operations aren't disrupted. Tell us your window and we'll make it work.

Question 20

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

We carry the coverage that protects you and your property on every job. We protect your floors and walls during removal and sweep the area clean before we leave.
