What We Remove
A Full-Service Removal Standard
We remove almost anything two people can carry out of a home or business: couches, sectionals, mattresses and box springs, dressers, dining sets, desks and office furniture, refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters, televisions and electronics, treadmills and exercise equipment, hot tubs, sheds, fencing, carpet, drywall and renovation debris, branches, leaves, soil and yard waste, plus the boxes, bags and odds and ends that fill a garage, basement or attic.
Every removal includes the labor, the loading, the truck and the disposal fees in one quoted price. We bring floor protection, disassemble large pieces when a doorway or stairwell requires it, sweep the space before we leave, and donate or recycle whatever is still usable. Tell us what needs to go and we'll tell you what it costs before any work starts.
Residential Cleanout
About Us
A Locally Owned Crew, Not a National Franchise
Load & Leave Junk Removal was started in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan by Michael Gergis and Luke Haddad, two local guys who were tired of hearing neighbors complain about vague phone quotes, late arrivals and scuffed hallways. We built the company around the opposite experience: you tell us what needs to go, we give you an honest price range before we touch anything, and we treat your home the way we'd treat our own.
Because we live and work in Oakland County, the person who answers your call is the same person who shows up in the truck. That means no call center, no handoffs and no surprise fees tacked on at the end of the job. We bring blankets and floor protection, break down bulky furniture on site, sweep up behind ourselves and haul everything away in one trip whenever the load allows.
We handle single-item pickups like a mattress or an old treadmill just as carefully as full garage, basement and estate cleanouts. Renovation crews call us to clear drywall, cabinetry, flooring and construction debris between phases. Realtors and property managers use us to empty a home before a listing photo shoot or a new tenant moves in. Families working through a downsizing or an estate lean on us to sort what stays, what gets donated and what genuinely has to be thrown out.
Disposal matters to us, too. Usable furniture, appliances and household goods are donated to local charities whenever they are in reasonable condition, metal and electronics are taken to recyclers, and only what is truly unusable heads to the landfill. It costs us more time, but it keeps a lot of good items out of the trash and out of Oakland County's waste stream.
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available, and every quote is free with no obligation to book. If the price isn't right for you, there's no pressure and no fee for asking.
